Message	(Ti-To)/(Ti-Ta) = Er Ti = inlet temp To = outlet temp Ta = ambient The efficiency is a measure of how well the IC can cool the charge down to ambient temperatures. If you change the cooling medium temperature, that is accounted for in the formula - we aren't pulling any pranks or overlooking the obvious here bro.
